Expansion of School and Orphanage
Currently we have 482 children coming to study our free foreign languages every day, and the amount of new children coming to us is increasing. Our present land is to small to accommodate the growing demand so we are looking to purchase the adjoining land. |
Boys & Girls Accommodation
At present all the children, both boys and girls share the same accommodation, we would like to build separate buildings so that they have their own rooms. |
Apsara
The Apsara dancer is one of Cambodia's enduring cultural symbols. Many young girls receive training in classical Khmer dance; similarly, boys learn to be masked pantomimes and acrobats A big dream of the family and the kids is to build a room, where they can learn the traditional Khmer Apsara dance. |
Classroom
Chres Village School and Orphanage currently have four classrooms, two classroom with walls and two classroom with a straw roof (no walls). We would like to build the children a two classroom building. |
